Most people experience adverse life situations which may be difficult and cause short or long term emotional pain or suffering.  Millions of people are
sad or unhappy and would like to find a way to alleviate these feeling.  It is possible to enhance or lift ones mood  and improve  emotional health. Cultivating
happiness is a trainable skill a person can learn.   Happiness is not in the distance or as a result of getting something we do not have, but under ones own feet.

The first step in this process is a
multiaxial mental  health  assessment,  which is performed to diagnose the problem and assist in developing a plan
to treat the condition.  A Consultation's approach to Psychotherapy is from a Biopsychosocial perspective, which looks at the biological, psychological
and social environment influences, contributing to the problem.  Some of the eclectic method's used by the therapist in treatment are from psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral and interpersonal theory.  Mental patterns, belief systems and negative thoughts/ behaviors creating life experience can be explored.
If a Client chooses, complimentary alternative methods can be learned to assist in improving emotional states.   Clients are empowered to take an active part
in the change process.

People seek help for personal problems such as  Relationship difficulties, Career/Work related Stress, Mid-Life Crisis, Illness,  Loss or Grief
Issues, Divorce, Family problems, Weight or Sleep disturbance. Self-Esteem Issues and feelings such as, Sadness, Anger, Irritability, Guilt, Worry,
Pain or Fear.
